Due to the secondhand nature of our products and to be able to offer the most affordable prices possible, we do not accept returns.
We strive to help our consignors earn the most possible for their items while also offering great deals, so we are not able to accept returns unless there is a mistake made on our part. Please thoroughly consider all details about the item before your purchase, including brand and fabric. As many brands do not run “true to size,” if you are unfamiliar with the fit of an item or the brand, we are happy to provide measurements before you order. Additionally, item colors may occasionally vary slightly from the colors that you see in product photos. This can be caused by many factors, including things such as your device’s screen settings, lighting, etc. If you need to ensure an item is an exact color before you order, please contact us for thorough inspection.
Please note that an item not fitting “true to size” does not constitute a mistake on our part. No two women’s clothing brands will have the same sizing as each other, and often brands don’t even have consistent sizing within their own clothing lines. We are happy to provide as many details as you need about an item prior to purchase to ensure that it will meet your expectations.
Even though we do not accept returns, if you purchase something and find that it isn’t perfect for you, you are welcome to bring it back and consign it under your name to get consignor credit back for the item. If you leave the original tag on the item, then we will know how much you paid for it when we relist it under your account.
