Items listed for sale on the website are also available in-person at our shop at the same time. Since we usually only have one of each item, we do occasionally run into an issue where an item is sold both online and in-store at the same time.
If you purchase an item online and when we go to pull the order we find that it is already sold, you will have the option to receive either a refund for that item or store credit with a 5% bonus. For example, if you purchase a $100 item online, but we are not able to fulfill your order, you will have your choice between a full refund for that item or $105 of store credit.
We do our best to keep our inventory as up-to-date as possible, but with one-of-a-kind items, this is an unavoidable part of selling online. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check out as quickly as possible for the best selection.
